Local Storage and Multi-Device Access
To protect your privacy and ensure fast playback, TennisProAI stores your processed coaching videos locally on your device by default. These files are securely stored within your browser's sandboxed environment. By using the service, you acknowledge that TennisProAI will utilize a portion of your local device storage.
Because videos are stored locally by default, you cannot access your videos from another device (e.g., viewing a video on your phone that you processed on your laptop).
If you wish to access your videos across multiple devices, you must explicitly enable "Cloud Sync" in your settings. When "Cloud Sync" is enabled, videos will be securely transmitted to and stored on our servers.
You may clear your locally stored videos at any time via the application settings or your browser's site data settings.
Privacy and Data Usage
TennisProAI uses advanced artificial intelligence to analyze your tennis strokes. Any video explicitly uploaded to our cloud servers (via the Cloud Sync feature) is processed securely and is strictly used to provide coaching feedback.
Guest mode videos (videos uploaded while not logged into a permanent account) are instantly and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after analysis.
