Your privacy is our highest priority. By default, our system processes all chats entirely on your device or our local servers using private Small Language Models (SLMs). If you choose to use a Local Model, we do not share your raw chat history with commercial third-party AI APIs.
Dynamic Knowledge Retrieval:To ensure our AI coaches have access to the latest expert sports knowledge, we may send brief, sanitized snippets of your queries (with personally identifiable information like emails and phone numbers stripped out) to Google Gemini behind the scenes to fetch specialized knowledge context. This happens automatically to augment the local AI's knowledge base.
Additionally, if you explicitly select a Cloud Model (e.g., Google Gemini) from the model selector, your full chat text will be sent to that provider (Google) to generate responses. Your videos and video analysis data are NEVER sent to third-party AI APIs—all computer vision processing is always done locally on our secure servers.
When you upload a video for analysis and choose to save it to your Vault, the raw video file is immediately encrypted using industry-standard AES-128 encryption before being stored on disk. This means even if our servers are compromised, your data remains secure and unreadable.
We practice strict data minimization. If you use the application in Guest Mode (unauthenticated), your uploaded videos and chat logs are instantly and permanently deleted from our servers the moment the analysis is complete.
If you create an account to use the Vault, your data is retained to allow for historical progress tracking. However, you maintain full control over this data.
Under the GDPR and CCPA, you have the "Right to be Forgotten." We fully support this. You can instantly permanently delete your account, including all your encrypted videos, annotated videos, and chat history, by clicking the "Delete My Account & All Data" button in your profile settings. This action is irreversible.
By uploading videos to this platform, you (the user) explicitly confirm that you have the legal right and necessary consent to record and upload the individuals depicted in the video. We bear no liability for videos uploaded without the consent of bystanders or other players on the court. Please ensure you respect the privacy of others when recording your practice sessions.
